Report a compliance error
If Ratify gave you a compliance answer that turned out to be wrong, please tell us immediately. This is the most important email we can receive. Include the question, the answer, and what you believe the correct answer is. We treat these reports as our top priority and will notify affected customers.
Data export / deletion
GDPR / CCPA requests: email privacy@getratify.ai and we will process within the window required by the applicable law: within 30 days for GDPR requests and 45 days for CCPA / CPRA requests.
