About Ratify

Ratify is an intelligence platform for beverage-alcohol compliance, built for the small and mid-sized producers underserved by the existing tooling.

The founder

Ratify is a solo-founder company. James Shehan started the project after watching small wineries pay thousands a year for compliance tools and consultants and still get blindsided by missed renewals and out-of-date tax rates. The product is the answer to a simple question: what would compliance look like if you rebuilt it from primary-source data with AI in the loop?

The advisor circle

Industry voices help keep Ratify honest. A winemaker with deep DTC experience has expressed interest in an advisor role, and formal terms are still being worked out. Additional advisors will be named as they come on board.
