Getting started with Ratify

Ratify is an intelligence platform for beverage-alcohol compliance, built for wineries, breweries, and distilleries shipping DTC. The platform is being built foundation-first. Every claim traces to a primary source, every rate carries a citation, every answer the assistant gives (when it ships) cites the statute it came from.

What's shipping today

• A reference page for every state (at /states/ca, /states/ny, and so on) with primary-source citations, rendered as we add each state.
• A growing tax engine, in development, computing federal excise, state excise, sales/use, and local surcharges.

What's on the roadmap

• The Expansion Advisor: where to ship next, what it takes to get licensed, and how the cost-benefit pencils.
• The Compliance Assistant: plain-English answers grounded in the actual statute. Coming soon.
• Managed filing: planned for a later phase as an add-on. NOT included in any current tier.
